This notice explains how Iriya Labs Inc. ("Iriya," "we," or "us") handles information on this website and its waitlist. It does not describe any future product, which will have its own notice when available.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the date you joined, and a record of the notice you agreed to. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as your IP address and request logs, to deliver and protect their services. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Tracking preferences
We do not track visitors across other websites for advertising. This website does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, regardless of your browser’s privacy signal.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to send Iriya news, development updates, and early-access invitations, and to manage your signup. We use correspondence to respond to your questions. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a launch date.
Who processes it
We use service providers for website hosting, database storage, and email. They process information to operate these services for us. We do not sell waitlist information or share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect our services and legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information until you ask to leave or we close the waitlist, unless a longer period is required by law. Deleted information may remain temporarily in routine service-provider backups.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw your consent to updates, by emailing privacy@iriya.ai. You can also use an unsubscribe option when one is included in an update. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.
Where information is processed
We and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Children
This waitlist is intended for adults. Please do not submit information for anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
